Our family can’t thank John Weber and Assisted Living Locators enough for going so far above and beyond to help us urgently relocate my mother due to very poor Alzheimer’s care she’d been receiving at a care home. Since I live out-of-state and was also going to be traveling out of the country within a few days, John not only began working with my father and I while he was on vacation, but once John was back in town, he picked up and drove my dad to each potential new care home option to insure dad would receive thorough answers to all questions and wouldn’t be overwhelmed by all of the information. Once the new care home was selected (due to John’s ability to quickly identify the best care options for us), John then offered to help my dad move mom’s furnishings and clothing to the new home. He even met with dad and the director of the new home to help with insurance, phone calls, paperwork and anything else that might be needed in the future. John had both the professional competence and personal compassion we needed. He has been through this difficult process with both of his own parents and has a heart of gold. My mom is now settled and finally in a place where we plan to keep her indefinitely - showing a remarkable improvement overall due to kindness and proper care. Yet John continues to reach out to my dad, spend time with him and listen to his stories of days gone by. John has nothing to gain but friendship with a lonely and heartbroken man. We will be forever indebted to our new friend, John Weber, for helping us take care of BOTH of my parents.
